Diversity is our Normality!

Austria’s political and legal situation has been limiting the access of immigrants to the labour market, forcing them to work and live under precarious conditions.

The unemployment rate is generally higher among non Austrian female citizens – a main reason why we have chosen female immigrants as our target group. Furthermore, women are more affected by poverty than men. They often work under precarious conditions, and receive less than their male colleagues for the same work.
